Sr VP/ED - Structured Finance - NBFC

Looking for SVP/ ED for a large NBFC in Mumbai.

Exp - 10 - 15 years

- Responsible for supporting structured finance origination and execution for the CFI platform

- Preparation of term sheets, and investor marketing material

- Work on credit analysis of identified situations - ability to synthesize annual reports, working models etc

- Structuring to support client discussions in respect of structured finance deals, in respect of proactive follow-ups, and relationship-building at different levels of the client organization

- Over time, be able to support development of thematics for the Structuring business - marketable ideas that can be pitched to clients
