Senior Vice President - International Banking, Mauritius  We have been retained by our client, a well established, professionally managed, bank to identify a Senior Vice President - International Banking.   - The position will be based at Mauritius.   Job Purpose:  - Client relationship origination and management with a balanced risk-reward perspective.   - Ability to identify client needs and then structure solutions through effective relationship with all product groups.  Key Responsibilities:  - The candidate will be responsible for origination, business planning and will be assessed on revenue generation.   - He should have excellent cross border relationships, build strategic relationships in important geographies with special focus on Africa.   - Must have experience in transaction banking products like Trade Finance - Structures, Working Capital financing, Hedging and Forex products, Foreign Exchange Swaps, Debt Products.	  - He should have a proven track record of Acquisition Financing, Bridge Financing, Leveraged Buy -outs, Equity/Collateral backed margin Financing, Mezz Funding.  - He should have thorough exposure to structuring, valuation, financial modelling, pre-mandate research, credit evaluation.  - Work in close coordination with the various product/business/service groups to ensure quality service delivery.  - Candidates must be Chartered Accountants or MBAs from premier business schools with 15 years relevant experience.
