8. Role & responsibility:
- To analyze needs and plan developmental training modules and Deliver selling skill / managerial training programs for BDEs / ABMs / RBMs and to evaluate effectiveness of subordinates from time to time. Plan & Manage E-Learning initiatives.
9. Measurement Criteria: Number of new programs developed and delivered as per timeline. To develop new project undertaken, feedbacks and ranking of the training managers, SBU heads / NSMs. Training impact evaluation in terms of learning acquisition and application as well as “_Business generation”
10. How, each case would ascertain that the candidate has been successful in one, two, three years: Periodic review & Evaluations. Improvement in modules / delivery style.
11. Critical Deliverables: Conducting Selling skills workshops/ ABM / RBM trainings / Field work with ABM,s/ Developing a training calendar/ Training Need Analysis.
