Sr Technical Manager - IIT/NIT/DCE

Education:

- BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA in Computer Science or related field from IIT, DCE/DIT, NIT or other reputed institution

Years of Experience: (Preferably from Product Based Company )

- 10+ years of experience in developing cutting edge web-based applictions and web-sites.

- 2+ years of experience in leading small development teams

Competencies:

- Excellent leadership skills to mentor the engineers

- Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and available set-up

- Deep understanding & expertise with highly transactional, large relational and complex systems

- Superior project management skills to manage multi-engineer projects and experience of delivering high quality projects on time

- Strong object oriented concepts and knowledge of design patterns

- Strong experience in having worked on web scale systems

- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile development practices

- Good understanding of software development on LAMP stack

- Well versed with RDBMS and NO-SQL systems
