Demonstrated proficiency in time management
Ability to deal with multiple clients requirements in multiple industries simultaneously
Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility and resilience; strong time management skills
Candidate should possess excellent communication & interpersonal Skills.
Should possess hands on experience in Recruitment for IT & Non-IT (End-End).
Role involves Sourcing candidates in For Indian & US Market through various job portals, references, social networking sites & other innovative sourcing Channels.
Interface and coordinate tasks with hiring Managers.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop estimates and overall implementation solution plan.
Oversee aspects of recruitment life cycle, from initial kick-off through requirements analysis, Sourcing, Scheduling, Interview Coordination, Offer Management,On Boarding, Employee Relations for Requirements within company.
Should be expert on MS Office.
Should be good team player.
Should be able to join ASAP.
High level of self-initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Job postings on various job boards like Dice, Carrier Builder, Monster, LinkedIN.
Involved in scheduling interviews.
Responsible for handling requirements like ERP, SAP, JAVA, IT management.
Understanding the sourcing needs of the client and fulfilling them.
Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
Negotiation, Background Screening, Interfacing with the client.
Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements.
Essential Skills:

Proficient with all aspects of IT
Interviewing Techniques & IT Terminologies.
Should have good writing skills as well.
Good with MS Office and typing.
