Sr Technical Architect - ServiceNow

Job Title – ServiceNow - Technical Architect

Location – Zurich, Switzerland

Job Type : Permanent

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Participate in estimation, staffing analysis and solutioning in order to provide inputs for preparing solution delivery for the proposal.

- Participate in discussions with customers to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation.

- Participate in requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirement gaps/issues (both functional and non-functional) in order to come up with a comprehensive requirement document

- Perform high and Low level design , provide pseudo codes, Implement the prototypes and do design reviews in order to deliver design documents as per customer requirements

- Develop and enhance the best practices from a architecture and design perspective on ServiceNow platform

- Measure and report data on service performance

- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and projects based on thorough data analysis

- Interface with the customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, Build customer confidence in team’s ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction

- Provision of support and assistance to development team in the design, development and testing

Experience & Skills Required :

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Good experience into application design and development in the IT Service Management domain

- ServiceNow - Technical Architect with deep implementation and integration experience across platforms is essential

- Experience with ServiceNow architecture, application design and implementation – knowledge of CMDB, workflows, scripting best practices

- Experience of ServiceNow integrations with other platforms based on web services, data imports, JDBC and other channels

- ITIL V3 process certifications - preferred

- Good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Java scripting

- Good expertise within database design and support

- Web designing skills

- Strong communication and consulting skills
