1) Experience in solution analysis and technical design for migration of applications related to the following

a. Java,C,C++, Perl based applications from Unix to Linux

b. Mainframe to Microfocus

c. Legacy Java to Spring Java, Hibernate

d. Legacy platforms to Force.com/Azure based applications

2) Lead the process of defining the target architecture for application migration

3) Assessment of source applications spanning multiple technologies

4) Analyze and understand migration requirements

5) Iteract with client to gather application portfolio information and analyze migration requirements.

6) Develop strategies for application migration, data migration, testing and deployment.

7) Analyze migration issues and dependencies

8) Solution effort and time Estimation

9) Prepare RFP Response
