The company is 8000 + people strong, CMM level 5 certified IT service provider based out in Chennai

- They are looking for a lead for coordinating and deploying annual salary reviews, bonus, incentive and retention payout processes

- Handle the joining, bank account opening formalities for the newly joining associate, Statutory compliance, employee queries related to insurance claim, Income tax, PF, ESI, etc.

- Somebody strong in the required skill set with 7+ years of experience is what they are preferring
