Position - Sales Head for Real estate Client
As a Regional Sales Head you would be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for your company, product range or designated market.
You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction and leadership. Your specific duties are likely to include:
Experience: 14-20 years
Location - New Delhi/ Noida
Qualification: MBA from premiere institute only (Preferred IIM’s)
Industry: Real estate/ Telecom/ FMCG/ Banking (Residential Sales)
Compensation : 60-80 Lacs (Negotiable)
Role: Profit Centre Head
Strategic Role
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for residential and commercial sales.
- Delivering sales by developing relationships with retail partners.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business
- Taking responsibility for profit and loss
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
- Provide direction to your department.
- You will be responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for Spannerworks to agreed targets
- You will be responsible for keeping our sales contracts up to date and for checking all sales contracts prior to signature to ensure company policies are upheld.

- Prepares and conducts motivational and informative meetings where appropriate.

Estimated time allocation:
60% new business pitches and meetings and generating new outbound business leads
20% developing proposals and strategies
20% managing others
