Job Description:
- As a Sales Franchisee you can pitch highly competitive realty projects to your HNI client base with full strategic support from the company. The candidate can work as an individual or create an MLM team; decide on commission structure for self and the hierarchy. Work a flexible number of hours in a week and add a handsome extra income each month.
- You will be allowed to use a well equipped office with cabins, conference rooms and support staff for meetings and strategizing with your team. The company will provide all support for training, marketing material and back office support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have a strong HNI sales network
- Represent company as a franchisee on commission basis
- Create targets for self and create an MLM structure to drive sales
- Candidate will have leverage to set commission structure for team and self
- Flair for selling and have pleasant communication skills over phone and in-person
- A self starter and quick thinker
- Manage Client Portfolio and ability to meet customer expectations at all times
- Stay bound by Company norms and ethics when meeting clients
