Positions : AVP (Individual Contributor) - Cards Business

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Participate in business strategy formulation.

- Improving the website for better customer experience.

- Leading a team of Analysts.

- Develop and execute a structured approach to groom talent for the organization.

- Create career progression opportunities across the sites and drive succession planning discipline.

Experience required :

- 8+ years experience in Financial Services/Analytics Industry.

- Experience in leading multiple teams delivering on key business initiatives in digital space.

- Experience at mentoring next level leaders in the organization.

- Experience in Retail Card business (Good to have).

Skills required:

- Strong experience in digital space.

- Business analysis.

- Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Strong process/project management skill

- Knowledge of Web analytics tools/ Digital analytics tools like adobe site catalyst / Google web analytics tools.

- Experience / Understanding of Big Data platform (Good to have).

Qualification required:

- Bachelors or masters from top tier institute.
