Sr Role R2R Team Manager - World's largest Advertising & Marketing

Ensure timely completion of activities as part of the R2R function - GL Accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, Month/Year end closing & accounting, Local & global reporting, Tax filing & reporting, Treasury & Cash management operations

- Responsible for all Master Data Management including vendor master data, customer and credit data, General Ledger (GL) data (company codes, cost centres, sales organisation). Approve requests for master data creation, updation and deletion.

- Evaluate, reconcile and resolve complex accounting transactions and maintain GL accounts

- Manage the team performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per the defined SLAs

- Monitor and measure the performance of the R2R business process

- Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices

- Help Team Leaders set policies and procedures for the R2R process

- Act as key contact person for all external groups ( network agencies, tax & regulatory authorities) which affect / are affected by the R2R process

- Assist team in trouble shooting and decision making

- Budget for staff / resources, expenses and bad debt

- Identify changes to long term resource needs and implement appropriate actions

- Ensure role alignment of individuals

- Identify, assess and select resources

- Facilitate performance assessments and conduct feedback sessions

- Determine and adjust team and individual performance measures

- Support in decisions related to monetary and non-monetary compensation / rewards within established guidelines..
