Looking for a seasoned professional with experience in Managing Talent for a large corporate. Professionals with 10-15 years of experience in:
- Designing and implementing core talent processes to drive performance throughout the company, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development and change management.
- Develops solutions, processes and communication links between employees, internal and external stake holders and management.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our core talent processes benchmarking against internal and external best practices, and evolving processes to ensure they are meeting business needs.
- Work with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify critical roles and employee segments.
- Partner closely with other internal HR Business partners to create and execute short- and long-term TM strategies to grow and develop talent capabilities in the organisation.
