Position : Regional Sales Manager

About the company: Our client leading provider of actionable analytics-driven solutions for health plans, care management organizations, life science, large employers, and PBMs. With an extensive roster of 50+ clients including 15 of the Top 25 health plans that serve more than 70 million consumers,It includes payment integrity, care and risk management, consumer and employer, and network and provider analytics that help health payers and risk-bearing entities eliminate or avoid payment errors, reduce administrative and medical costs, increase consumer engagement, increase revenues through new products and services, and measurably improve outcomes. All of its solutions are built on strong integration of the Big Data from multiple sources that exist within the healthcare ecosystem and the health organization.

The Regional Sales Manager will promote and sell Health Analytics’ products and services primarily through outbound telephone calls and other types of networking. The job requires extensive travel to client locations

- Prospect in the assigned territory to c-level and mid-level executives, selling analytics services and solutions

- Maintain prospect contact information in SalesForce.com as well as record sales potential and progressive steps in the sales cycle.

- Discuss the use of products and services with prospects, emphasizing key features based on the understanding of customer need and solution knowledge.

- Initiate sales campaigns in order to meet sales targets – booked revenue and billed revenue

- Maintain a working knowledge of products and services.

- Work closely with leadership, solutions team to maximize sales opportunities.

- Obtain competitive market intelligence during contacts and share information appropriately to assist in the development of sales strategies.

- 4 year college degree required.

- 5+yrs years of analytics sales experience, preferably in consumer health analytics, Retail or Consumer products required

- Ability to work remotely, with a base of operations in the assigned territory strongly preferred.

- Proven track record of sales success.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate benefits of Analytics services and solutions
