Sr Role - Recruitment - BFSI/BPO

We are currently looking for a Sr. Level position in recruitment based at Mumbai with a leading shared services organisation at Bangalore/ Pune

Required experience of 10 -13 yrs with full time MBA in recruitment from IT/ ITES/ BFSI / BANKING Division .

Role involves:

- Handling recruitment for Executive levele to Leadership Hiring and provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support.

- Working on recruitment strategies and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
