Looking For Planning Professional (Project) with Leading Real Estate Company

Designation : Senior management Planning (Project) with Real Estate Company.

Qualification:- B.Tech/B.E/ (Dip- If with strong professional exposure)-CIVIL

Mandatory:- Working knowledge of MSP/Primavera

Experience:- 11+ Yrs

CTC:- Commensurate as per industry standard

Location:- Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:-

- Project Planning & co-ordination Department.

- Prepare & finalize the Schedules for upcoming & on-going projects.

- Create the plans for achieving progress & cost of the projects.

- Identify/assist in implementation of planning of the construction approach for respective projects to be adopted & to set the specifications for the same.

- Responsibilities of initial planning, costing, programming, and final completion schedule after completion of the project.

- Review/reporting of the monthly progress achievement & identify/rectify the causes for delay.

- Prepare & finalise the Schedules for upcoming & on-going projects.

- Monitor the pre-construction & post-construction activities of project.

- Knowledge of MSP/Primavera is mandatory
