Sr Role - Market Research - KPO

Position: Sr Position-Market Research at a Leading KPO

Role:

- Responsible for managing existing client relationships

- Responsible for account mining and developing new client relationships in the Market Research/Consumer Insights area

- Responsible for resource planning, hiring and thought leadership for the group at large

- Manage a team of Business Analysts, Managers and Sr Managers, etc.

- Lead multiple Market Research engagements and responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and
insights needed to drive MR programs across multiple clients & projects

- Provide company thought leadership in a number of areas related to MR, including customer segmentation, and multi-variate analytical approaches

Requirements:

- 10+ years of work experience.

- Should be currently working with MR agency or managing MR agencies on client side with significant past/current experience of working in an MR agency

- Excellent communication (good written and spoken English communication)

- Exceptional client handling skills

- Be able to innovate constantly to drive competitive advantage to the company and its clients

- Ability to collaborate across geographies to build teams of synergetic strengths with the aim to build knowledge and expertise

- Experience of managing a team of 30+ professionals

- Thorough understanding of managing and execution of campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment
