Sr. Manager, Immigration Operations

Challenging opportunity in Immigrations Operations for Sr. Managers.

Responsibility:

- Managing the team responsible for processing application in the related area/region.

- Keeping track on processing, filing, receipts, approvals and ensuring online updations.

- Evaluating the processes in discussion with other function in OOC and building strong system driven process.

- Guiding the team members on changes of laws, impact.

- Evaluating the service connect tickets/calls, understand the employee issues and take proactive steps to improve.

- Understand deeply what the BU’s & service lines need in terms of OOC services and making sure that they are satisfied.

- Facilitate Quarterly Immigration awareness training programmes for various teams across the organization

- Cross-functional initiatives facilitating smooth mobility of the employees.
