The opening is with a leading FMCG Group .

Job Location : Dubai

Qualification : MBA- with post qualification of 10 - 11 yrs of experience ( 2001 / 2002/2003 batch)

Candidates with a Premier B School (fulltime) MBA with FMCG company experience only would be considered.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

HR Generalist (Sr Management role)

- Handling entire Business support function.

- Strategic talent resourcing needs.

- Compensation and Benefits.

- Compensation Survey.

- Making improvement suggestions.

- Drive and implement HR initiatives.

- HR Management and Manpower Planning.

- Manpower Planning

- Manpower Cost Budgeting

- Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures .

- Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.

- Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.

- Ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and adherence to policies & processes across the employee life cycle.
