Role: Delivery Director

Domain - Oil & Gas AND Utilities

Location: Chennai / Pune

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

- Working closely with the senior level IT and Business stakeholders and other team members to understand expected program outcomes and suggesting effective delivery processes to enable these outcomes

- Program planning for delivery for Oil & Gas and Utilities vertical - Upstream & Downstream, Smart Grid/Smart Metering programs

- Ensure and facilitate Seamless Workflow & Effective Communication across different Business Functions, Cross Functional Teams in various Geographic Locations

- Ensure Estimations & Schedules are managed and communicated

- Create, Maintain and Manage Program Plans and Estimates

- Ensure adequate Resource allocation / loading / offloading / rotation / training /travel plans

- Process monitoring and adherence - status reports, minutes of meetings, sign-off on gates, traceability matrix

- Identify potential risks, management of issues, escalations

- Monitor Process Adherence, Obtain Required Sign-offs, Facilitate Communication between Stake Holders

- Strong experience in Program Management.

- Effective communicator and ability to network with multidisciplinary stakeholders Successful candidates
