We are looking for candidates for Consumer Insights for a leading QSR based at Gurgaon

Experience :

a) Essential:

10-12 years in consumer insights (qualitative & quantitative) & strategic research either in a leading research firm or leading FMCG company.

b) Desirable:

Know-how and hands on experience in media planning

Duties and Responsibilities :

Insights:

- Drive consumer centric mindset with in depth segment & occasion understanding and actively use consumer perspective as a springboard for all initiatives

- Use research to form clear insights and strong action plans for the brand

- Proactively use category trends and use them to define the future in terms of business opportunities

- Able to identify key knowledge gaps and initiate new research to fill the gaps

- Drive the consumer insights (qualitative & quantitative) function & strategic research

- Initiate and lead quantitative and qualitative research projects including product, advertising & shopper marketing, customer research to support business needs

- Manage Consumer insights Projects - setting objectives, planning, timelines & budgets

- Able to identify key knowledge gaps and initiate new research to fill the gaps

- Manage and oversee the agency teams to ensure that they are well motivated, equipped and fully briefed to implement local research mandates

- Bringing in consumer insights leading to mix development, course corrections, and strategy formulation

- Critical decision support role, using researches, insights & other data.
