Sr Role - Analytics/Statistics - Banking Retail Services Domain

Job Description :

Positions : AVP (Individual Contributor) / VP / SVP.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Participate in business strategy formulation.

- Contribute to Financial, Operational and Talent plans and ensure adherence to the same.

- Define and develop interaction models aligned to the business requirements.

- Identify new competency areas and draw up plans to develop the same.

- Define organizational culture and undertake initiatives to promote the same.

- Interact regularly with Partner leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to group capabilities and work to deepen existing relationships.

- Develop and execute a structured approach to groom talent for the organization.

- Create career progression opportunities across the sites and drive succession planning discipline.

Experience required :

- 8+ years experience in Financial Services/Analytics Industry.

- Experience in leading multiple teams delivering on key business initiatives.

- Experience at mentoring next level leaders in the organization.

- Experience in Retail Partner Card Analytics.

Skills required:

- Financial analysis

- Business analysis

- Statistical modeling

- Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Strong process/project management skill

- Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources

- Experience in one or more financial services businesses apart from cards (retail bank, mortgage, etc.) (Good to have).

Qualification required:

- Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics, etc. from Premier Institute or track record of performance that demonstrates this ability.
