Sr.Relationship Manager (Private Banking Group)[Dubai]

OBJECTIVE:

The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating business, meeting revenue targets and lead a team of relationship managers and will report to the Regional Head, Private Banking for Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi

Duties and Accountabilities:

1. Leading and creating a team to acquire clients and service them.

2. Meet the revenue targets and ensuring the team targets are met.

3. Keep the team and supporting staff motivated.

4. New client acquisitions, exploring new business opportunities and products.

5. Ensuring adequate training and updating of all team members for regulatory changes, compliance requirements, product developments and AML/KYC requirements.

6. Exploring new markets and areas for tapping potential clients.

7. Ensuring the optimum service levels within team.

Required skills:

- Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, Insurance & Deposits experience is must.

- At least 10 – 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent Job role in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or equivalent.

- Team handling experience is required.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.
