- The Research Analyst supports ad hoc inquiries and research projects and tracks all inquiries. The successful candidate will have significant ITO or BPO experience, strong English writing and speaking skills, extensive experience in performing secondary research, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Research Analyst works as part of a global, virtual team, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with others in all aspects of the job.

- Maintain a listing of Company's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to submit inquiries to for various service domains, geographies, industry verticals, etc.

- Conduct secondary research, where internal expertise does not exist.

- Support on custom research projects.
