We are looking Senior Manager –HR for world's leading service and outsourcing UK Based company based at Kolkata .

Our Client

- Our client is a leading global Business Process Outsourcing Provider supporting multinational clients with over 40,000 employees in 50 delivery centers across US, UK, Europe, India, the Philippines, Australia, Middle East & Africa.

Information :

CTC : Upto 10 L

Reporting to : AGM- Human Resources

Education : Graduate with Experience in Recruitment/HR. Specialization in HR/ MBA HR is an added advantage

Experience : Total – 7+ yrs , Min 4 yrs of team handling experience. Should be currently in a Manager

Shift Timings : Regular Shifts

Process : Domestic

Job Purpose

- Responsible for overseeing all employment functions and administer recruitment plans as per process specifications.

- Tabbing various sources of recruitment to achieve targets

- Develop and maintain various HR reports for analytical and strategic objectives.

- Liasoning with external vendors, maintaining data on them.

- Develop & maintain effective employee communication and strategic communication. Monitor HR audit process and drive process reengineering on a timely manner.

- Single point of contact for all coordination & communication between Business Head Corporate- HR &

- Process Management for all Recruitment related matters.

- Assist in developing & implementing strategy, policies and schemes for process recruitment.

- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational area.

- Conducting the Final round of interview and Finalizing the compensation for new hires.

- Design and implement Employee Referral Scheme.

- Planning and organizing induction of new recruits to the organization, environment and job through systematic orientation program.

- Receiving feedback from the new hires at various intervals and presenting the report to Higher Management.

- Assess training needs for employees through direct feedback from departmental heads and employees themselves
