Designation: Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager

Experience: 12- 16 yrs

Location: Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Skill : Project Management, Agile Scrum practitioner, Product Development experience, Strong knowledge in Microsoft technology suite, SDLC management, Excellent communication skills, Solid customer handling skills (Over 25 people), Excellent Conflict management capabilities

Secondary Skill : Exposure to Test Driven Development, Understanding of Architecture and Design patterns, Process management and Metrics and Reporting

Job Description: The role involves managing a team of over 25 people involved in a critical product development. The candidate should possess extraordinary communication skills coupled with a strong appreciation of Microsoft technology suite involving .Net, SQL Server 2008, WCF, WPF and ORM. The candidate should also have exposure to architecture and design patterns. Should be able to manage the team astutely and manage conflicts appropriately.

Remarks : The candidate should be based out of Chennai and willing to travel overseas once in 3 months to the various customer locations
