Job Profile: Sr.Project Manager

Job Location: Bangalore

We are seeking a highly driven leader to program manage the continued rapid expansion of our Fulfilment network in India. Successful candidates will be natural self-starters who are comfortable leading large, complex projects engaging multiple stakeholders over whom they have no direct control.

- Successful candidates will have a true hands-on approach, strong project management skills, and be an effective communicator and should also be able to lead a team of project managers. This role requires the ability to influence without authority.

Basic Qualifications:

- Completed Bachelor's Degree from a reputed institute.

- Ability to travel up to 60%

- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams

- 8+ years of experience in project management, budgets and implementation

- Proficient with Microsoft office products (MS Project 2010, Excel, Access)

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or Masters Degree in a related field from a reputed institute

- Operations Management/ Fulfillment Center experience preferred

- Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

- Proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation
