Description

Job Profile:

- Contribute to strategy, ideation and tactical support.

- Monitor Business & Revenue Parameters.

- Delivery Monitoring and Reporting - Detailed Estimation and capacity Planning, Review detailed Project Plan and Schedule of Delivery as applicable, Resource Planning with Project Managers.

- Expectations Management, Measure & Improve Customer Satisfaction Index, Establish communications plan, Customer Relationship management, Establish review Forums.

- Review Project(s) Risk management plan with Project Manager, Track Risks & Mitigations and report to Management & Customer.

- Review on all Projects Quality metrics & goals, Contribute to Project/Group/Vertical's Quality metrics.

The criteria for eligibility:

- 14 to 20yrs work experience in Engineering Services supporting Industrial Automation, Electrical

- Should have managed multi-location / large teams.

- Should be apt in program management.

- ME / M.Tech or BE / B.Tech in Electronics and communication /Electrical and Electronics, PMP
