Senior Product Manager, Digital and Communications Services

For a leading Enterprise Software Product firm - the world’s leading provider of Revenue Management and Business Assurance solutions,

Responsibilities:

- Provides the overall technology and managerial leadership to manage existing and innovate new products with evolving technologies for the global Communications and Digital Services sector.

Owns and manages the overall business architecture for the product

- Documentation and Prioritisation of Requirements, Design, QA and Training for the products

- Definition, presentation and maintenance of Product Roadmaps

- Liaison with Strategic and Product Marketing to execute research for Market and Domain-specific demands and trends, and for competitor analysis

- Supporting presales activities

- Team management

Skills/Knowledge:

- Good Computer Science or related discipline education – preferably post-graduate

- 8+ years Industry experience in Digital and/or communications services

- Leadership and managerial – at least 2 years

- Product Management in a high-tech product company – 2 years

- Very strong communications skills, including verbal, written and presentational

- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure good team and collaborative cohesion

Other:

- This role will be based in Trivandrum, Kerala but will require significant overseas travel to support clients and prospects

- Drive, determination to succeed and overcome challenge
