Sr Product Manager - Mobile - Media

About the client: A renowned mobile video and media company

Position: Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager (Mobile)

Location: Delhi

The candidate will be responsible for managing a set of products from our premium product portfolio in India, MEA & SEA. S/he would own the product roadmap, strategy& continuously drive product enhancements /improvements.

Key responsibilities include -

Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Identifying, prioritizing and implementing regional specific improvement opportunities across mobile web and apps

- Proactively share suggestions for improvement, define and prioritize new features, based on data analysis and insights.

- Carry out post launch analysis, Voice of Customer analysis, competitor analysis

Create and Deliver Product Requirement Documents (PRD)

- Ensure all requirements from external customer perspective are captured correctly& exhaustively, including flows/scenarios/business rules,

- Work with all relevant internal stakeholders e.g. Content, Analytics, UI teams, gettheir inputs into creating the PRD

- Ensure PRDs meet Engineering team’s expectations and are clearly communicated to them

Drive PM Operations

- Help prioritize features depending on impact

- Working with the global mobile teams to drive customizations and roll out of consistent experience across all regions

- Prepare and maintain product/project trackers and carry out ongoing coordination & follow up during delivery process

- Ensure adherence to project timelines/milestones&quality of delivery, carry out product UAT

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory experience for role

- Proven track record of working in consumer oriented products and ideally on mobile platforms

- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.

- 8+ years of total experience and Preferably 4+ years of product management experience

- Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive decisions that lead to results.

- Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.

- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and extremely well organized

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with the following - :

- Mobile Web/Apps/video

- Mobile devices – platforms, data configurations, capabilities & limitations

- Mobile VAS – platforms (SMS, WAP, USSD etc) and products

- Willingness to proactively take on multiple tasks and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
