Sr Product Manager - Mobile/eCommerce

Job Title: Senior Product Manager (Mobile)

Location: Gurgaon

Schedule: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Ideate rigorously, and then translate ideas into a clear product strategy and roadmap. Evangelize views with stakeholders

- Analyze and interpret data from different sources (analytical, quantitative, qualitative) in close cooperation with our business intelligence analysts, triangulate actionable insights and prioritize decisions based on data.

- Take ownership and lead members of cross-functional teams to deliver best in class mobile product experiences.

- Obsess over UX details and user centric design (mental models, storyboards, personas, contextual research, prototyping).

- Continuously monitor technology trends, and effectively recommend enhancements that will drive consumer engagement and user satisfaction.

- Determine critical insight generation needs based on business goals and external (competitors / complements / substitutes)

Basic Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of solid of Product Manager experience managing entire web or mobile-application from conception to launch and iteration.

- Demonstrated experience with successful online consumer product launches within fast-paced, agile environments.

- Working expertise of Agile/Scrum methodology is absolutely required.

- Proven experience with leading cross-functional groups on complex projects with consistent levels of success.

- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business) or other business/analytical related field with a solid foundation in quantitative and qualitative methods. MBA is a plus.

Must be prepared to travel.

Abilities and Skills:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present information and address all levels of the organization.

- Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis, problem analysis, structured analysis, design, and broad programming techniques.

- Broad knowledge of e-Commerce technology tools and platforms, as well as enterprise software.
Solid working knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.
