Product:

- Who wins the heart of the consumer, wins the market. And marketing can only get you halfway, delivering visitors to your doorstep. The user experience determines whether your clients will be engaged. We are investing heavily in building the most innovative, user-friendly and sticky platform you could possibly envision for an online marketplace. And Mobile is at the heart of the platform.

- The Senior Product Manager fully manages the Android & iPhone apps. He builds a product strategy and is the thought leader in mobile product development and the impact on its users. Leads the next wave of mobile product development, giving us the edge to win the mobile markets for online classifieds.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Tactics

- Ideates like mad but is able to translate this to clear product strategy and roadmap. Evanglises views and leads stakeholders.

2. Product Development

- Guides development teams to deliver best in class mobile experiences. Upgrades innovation to disruptive levels.

3. Live Product Management

- Monitors performance and produces quick analysis to act upon ad hoc issues. Prioritization and quick decision making are key strengths, hard choices are to be made on a daily basis. Can’t do it all.

Requirements:

- Candidates have a relevant Masters degree with a technical background. Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in managing products and product teams, at least 3 years of which within mobile. User centric, keen on the overall experience and obsessive with UX details. Has superb communication skills both upwards and downwards. Able to drive international teams with members close by as well as on the other side of the globe.
