Designation : Sr Product Manager – Audience & User Data

Location : Bangalore, India

The User & Data team works on products to leverage our User data to understand user behavior and profiles, to improve key metrics of CTR and CVR. They work with the Supply team to define and track key metrics like quality and coverage of ingested data from various sources, including third-party data vendors. They work with key stakeholders like Adrelevance, Audience and Data Sciences Group to understand impact of user data on the products.

As Sr Product Manager – Audience & User Data, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap & strategy for building mobile specific unique targeting capabilities leveraging the vast volumes of data available. You will work closely with both Engineering & Business teams to steer our shift to being a User/ Data driven company.

Years of experience : 6 Yrs+

Education qualification : Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field , MBA preferred

Responsibilities:

- Leverage our User data for affecting the key metrics of CTR and CVR

- Devise roadmap and strategy for ‘Data Ingestion’ to understand user behavior and profile. Working with Supply Group to define and track key metrics like quality and coverage of ingested data. This includes data ingestion from various third-party data vendors.

- Devise roadmap and strategy for deriving ‘User Insights’ by working with key stakeholders like Adrelevance, Audience and Data Sciences Group. Define and track metrics to understand impact of user data on the products.

- Devise roadmap and strategy for building Platform Infrastructure to enable various product requirements.

- Innovations around building mobile specific unique targeting capabilities leveraging various data.

- Providing enough tools/solutions for the larger employee base (and may be strategic customer base as well) to explore/create and evaluate audience segments.

- Articulate and evangelize overall strategy from a User and Data standpoint. Develop long term perspectives & road maps working with Regional, Product & Engineering teams.

Qualifications and Professional Skills:

- In depth understanding of User data and analytics.

- Prior experience in large scale data analytics, prediction modeling and data sciences would be a strong plus.

- Solid organization and project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross functional global environment.

- Experience and/or strong desire to work in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment and are comfortable with ambiguity.

- Excellent written, verbal communications and active listening skills.
