Key Responsibilities:  Description:  - Understand people motivation and create positive environment that promotes Organisation culture  - Responsible for line manager effectiveness  - Implement performance goals, monitor and evaluate against pre-set goals implementing action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed.   - Managing 100% compliance, process adherence and Process SLA- s  - Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement.   - Strategize and implement continuous process improvements which results in Quality and cost efficiency  - Ensure that Associates have a clear understanding of the performance and behaviour criteria and how it impacts customers and our stakeholders  - Strategize workforce management to execute daily staffing plans, identifies and reports significant volume and capacity changes, making just-in-time adjustments to ensure staffing requirements are met to achieve service levels goals.   - Manages schedules, monitors adherence, time-off planning, and attendance   - Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.  - Compliance - Ensure understanding and adherence to Organisation Code of Conduct and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.  - Performance Management - follow and contribute to the recognised Performance Management process.  - Identify relevant training needs & ensure effective implementation. Training and Competence for all of Ops.  - Responsible for all MIS reports produced and published for operations area  - To demonstrate a positive risk and control culture through the active identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and controls within the business area  - Experience of managing own work priorities, planning and working to tight deadlines  - Minimum 3 years of working experience in the financial planning industry  - Working knowledge of executive MI production, analysis, insights & trends and making presentations  - Experience in handling teams with span above 100  - Regulatory exams certification will be added advantage  - Experience in continuous improvement/Green belt projects  Raina-Populus
