- Comprehensive & independent handling of Talent Acquisition(including End to End recruitment process, retention,Manpower planning& budgetting,Employment Branding,information systems,Team Management, Volume recruitment etc)covering Strategy/ Policies/processes /procedures/systems across Indian operations& should be tuned to be&in sync with the international operations&the corresponding requirements of the organisation

Candidate’s profile -

- MGT..in HR from known institutions with around 10 years of Hardcore Talent Acquisition experience as above, atleast a couple of years at suitable managerial level of independent handling,with large and established ITES / BPO corporates, known for challenging environment,Volume,Campus recruitment, initiatives in implementing latest in People strategies, operations, processes, certifications, technology, systems with considerable international presence(Tuned to international requirements) etc.

- Men and resources management, reasonable travelling essential
