Training & Development Competency :

- Developing, executing and managing Training programs for operations and corporate functions.

- Training Need Analysis.

- Instructional Design, Development and Implementation.

- Supervise the Management Trainee program and Internship program.

- Knowledge management Initiatives

- Developing Employee career development process.

- Development and Delivery of Service, soft skills and Process oriented trainings.

- Developing Literature for training and communication.

- Conducting & Compilation of Training need analysis through PMS.

- Evaluating training program based on Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation.

- Developed Performance management system based on Balance scorecard and conducted Performance Management System training workshops.

- Liasoning with Internal customers –Communicating to employees and integrating them in internal training programs

- Developing internal resource people for training program

- Liasoning with Training consultant and customize training programs

- Develop Budget and monitor training expenditure

Behavioral Competency :

The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities and identify gaps and bridge the same.
