JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition
Education Level: Any graduation with M.B.A in HR from a reputed institution
Experience Required: 10 - 14 years hands on recruitment preferably in manufacturing domain.
Reporting to: Sr. Director – Talent Acquisition
Location: Chennai.
Candidate Profile:
1. 10-14 years in hardcore recruitment.
2. Candidate with Manufacturing recruitment exp preferred.
3. Should be willing to travel to the sites
5. Recruitment exp in IT, ITES & Manufacturing domain.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing recruitment for each vertical on a daily basis.
2. Assessing business needs for talent acquisition and talent deployment; developing workforce plan and strategic staffing strategy.
3. Developing & Implementing new recruiting and deployment strategy/ programs and policies.
4. Designing and producing employment branding/marketing materials and related internal and external recruiting communications.
5. Consulting to managers on hiring/redeployment decisions.
6. Coordinate with all managers for any recruitment issues and maintain a good relationship.
7. Managing recruiting relationships and events (on campus, job fairs, etc.).
8. Evaluating candidates (interviewing, testing, assessing, and coaching hiring managers on selection decisions).
