Our client in a leading Indian Chemical Conglomerate with over 1000 employees worldwide. Their export operations span across 60 countries and its known for its quality and innovative way of practice. They are hiring A Sr Manager- Sales and Marketing Aromatic Chemical business based out of Mumbai.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head Aroma Chemicals of PFW, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to.

- Preparation of Annual Sales & Marketing plan for SHK chemical business and facilitate it’s execution

- Lead & Manage chemical sales team in India

- Business development with Key accounts in line with Global Strategy.

- Capturing market information on Aroma Chemicals manufactured by SHK group.

- Propose action plans to Head Sales & Marketing ACD. Implement agreed plans.

- Sales of all ACD products – to Key Accounts and customers in India and other regions (e.g. Middle East) as agreed with Head Sales & Marketing ACD.

- Coordination with operations at KVA, SHK for timely execution of all orders and regular availability and quality of the products.

- Coordination with (internal) purchasing to ensure requirements of group companies are met.

- Understand and stay updated regarding availability of raw material required for chemical production at SHK and KVA.

- Identify and Implement agreed improvement initiatives to achieve higher service levels to customers and cost savings.

The Successful Applicant

You have a bachelors degree in Chemistry and atleast 10 years experience in a team Leading capacity in Aroma Chemicals. You have the ability to work in a global setup and a strong track record of success. You are a high achiever and have the ability to understand Business Strategy.
