Profile :
- Assisting in driving Organisational Development initiatives
- Finalise Learning & Development & OD Budgets
- Change Management
- Performance Management
- Leadership Development
- Implementing Succession Planning initiative
- Implementing Performance Management System and continuously enhancing its efficacy
- Coordinating Employee Engagement Surveys, action planning and rolling out interventions to enhance engagement
- Design, develop & enable implementation of the leadership development, talent development & learning interventions across the organization leading to development & retention of talent.
- Identify T&D needs and ensure learning deliverables are met
- Identify & prioritise annual Learning & Development plans of employees along with functional heads
- Designing and developing training programs
- Develop and implement methods to evaluate T&D programs
- Develop effective induction and orientation programs
- Identify fast trackers & evolve a joint action plan / career plan for development, Create IDPs for identified fast trackers
