Job Profile
Launch and Sustain Tent Pole properties on the channel using strong consumer insights and create Engaging and Innovative 360 degree Marketing Plans.
Ability to brief on campaigns and evaluate creative work and media plans. Execute all communication plans cross mediums.
- Drive Brand / Tent pole properties Marketing with core focus on Innovations and engagement in the Digital space.
- Drive extensive tie ups
- Drive extensive PR for properties & research whenever needed.
- Assist in the Re launch of the channel
- Plan & manage marketing budgets & plans.
- Operationally manage all projects assigned and strengthen vendor / partner relations
Measures of Performance:
- To own overall Channel Share& Reach targets.
- Clearly defined communication & brand agenda for the channel in line with Values and philosophy
- Online Brand Engagement and Share of Voice in the Digital Space
- Individual Reach Targets per Tent pole launched.
- Lead strategic Tie ups
- Launch Off Air Marketing Brand properties
- Adherence to communication budgets

- Team player , relationship management and leadership parameters
