SENIOR MANAGER- MPS OPERATIONS (ONLY PEOPLE WITH MPS OPERATIONS NEED APPLY)

POSITION SUMMARY

- The Sr. Manager- MPS will be responsible for Pan India MPS operations and Customer relationship.

ROLE

- Responsible for leading the Managed Print Services operations pan India and monitor pre sales and post sales activities

- Responsible for Transition and Service Delivery.

- Optimizing operating procedures, track SLA’s and ensure prompt response to customer queries.

- Implementing and maintaining MPS processes and procedures.

- Planning and controlling the production of work to maximize revenue & improve profitability.

- Maintain excellent business relationships with the client project lead and project sponsors.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- BE/ B Tech and MBA (preferable)

- Well versed in areas of Managed Print Services (MPS), Service delivery and Customer interaction with 6- 10 yrs of relevant experience

- People with relevant experience with companies like WEP, Canon, Xerox, CMS etc will be preferred.
