Sr Mgr - Life & Pension Insurance - ITES

Must haves:-

- A minimum 8 years of working experience in ITES/ BPO service industry, minimum 3-4 years in Insurance Industry Life and Pension domain.

- Should have sound knowledge of Life & Pension Operations & Process excellence Transitions/ Solution
experience preferred in Insurance

- Must entail end-to-end Insurance Domain knowledge across Life and Pensions

KRA's

- Respond to RFXs, prepare proposals, and develop collaterals, process case studies for sales pitches

- Organize and manage client visits

- Responsible for market intelligence and prospecting research

- Create client specific sales presentations, building marketing collateral, white papers for the organization.

- Specializes in designing solutions for Insurance domain.
