Sr Mgr - HR Transformation & Talent Mgmt

One of our esteemed management consulting client is looking for Sr Manager-HRT. Below are the brief,

Requirement – Minimum 10 years of work experience after Master’s Degree and significant years of experience in Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management related projects is desired.

Must :

- Consulting background non-negotiable –at least 5 years in consulting (total can be 8 or 9 years)

Firms to target: Consulting firms (outside India)

- Mandatory work permit for UK, a green card for the US or a PR for Singapore. Overseas experience/ worked in different markets/ ideally lived overseas for some time
