Senior Manager - HR+ IR Kolkata from Services background for one of our large mnc clients

Span of role

Industrial Relations:

- Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations

- Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels

- Interfacing with Statutory Bodies - Ensuring that the teams are sufficiently staffed according to budgets

Employee Relations/Engagement:

Grievance handling

- Rewards & Recognition

- Employee retention

- Managing Client & Customer expectations through efficient HR processes

Statutory Compliance & Payroll

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

MBA HR - 10-12 years exp in above are eligible to apply .
