We have a opening with one of our esteemed clients in Mumbai for Sr.Manager- L & D who will be heading L & D for Pan India location.
- Analyze general management, developmental, behavioral and senior management training requirements for assigned business lines, functions and manage the rolling training plan;
- Co-opt business lines and/or teams to adapt, customize and design or develop training materials and programs;
- Identify, evaluate and propose alternative training channels and implement as required;
- Manage the training delivery work-flow, including the allocation of appropriately skilled trainers;
- Manage the development of training capability by training of trainers;
- Plan for additional or specialist training design or delivery resources;
- Monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and operational effectiveness of training;
- Manage T&C across assigned processes;
- Ensure that training delivered by business line / function managers meets established standards in terms of format, objectives, delivery and effectiveness
- Oversee L&D budget for assigned business lines, functions;
- Drive training analytics and MI reporting for relevant stakeholders as well as the development of a learning management system;
- Identify, evaluate and source specialist training resources from external agencies; and
- Coach, guide and support team to achieve individual, team and department objectives.
Has responsibility for more than one aspect of business unit performance, e.g. profit, sales, cost management, customer service levels etc.
