About our Client - Our client a Fortune 100 company is operating in the FMCG space with a presence over 42 countries across the world. Having a turnover of 25 Billion USD, they are known as one of the pioneers in the consumer durables area. With a strong presence in the Asia Pasific, they are further expanding their India operations and are currently looking for Senior Manager-FP&A based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR

Job Description - Directly reporting into CFO, you will be responsible for Lead formulation, review and roll out of robust Long Term Business and Annual Operating Plan

- Analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in major P&L lines

- Monthly variance reporting and reporting of any issues, risks & opportunities, Flash reporting (pre-month end estimates of expenses)

- Assist in key month end activities which provides oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information

- Improve performance of the team by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

The Successful Candidate - You must be a CA with 8-10 years experience of which at least 4+ years should be in FP&A domain. Experience in multi-unit retail or FMCG would be preferable. You will have strong business and financial acumen along with excellent people skills in dealing with peers and superiors.
