About our Client - Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies with presence in over 100 countries. They are recruiting for talented finance professionals with experience within a shared service centre to join their business and lead the Finance practice.

Job Description - As a Senior Manager Finance you will be reporting into the Country Head and be responsible for :

- Setting up and running the shared service center and delivering to business and finance SLA's

- Enacting a significant change management program to redefine and relocating roles and responsibilities in and into the service centers

- Developing work class continuous process improvements including security of IT investments

- Implementing and giving training on the core systems of finance and business support

- Restructuring and up skill the finance team

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you will be a CA/ICWA/MBA Finance with 5 - 8 years experience in a Shared Services Centre set up. Experience in setting up a shared service centre will be an advantage. You will have a strong MNC background with ability to communicate with key stake holders within the business.
