About our Client - Our client is a UK Based MNC, specializing in business, enterprise as well as carrier solutions to various sectors like Telecom, IT, and Financial Services. With a customer- oriented vision, they are looking at hiring key talent for the capability center set up in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the global CFO. You will be responsible for:

- Works with the business units to provide relevant and reliable reporting of Total Labor Cost (TLC/TLR) information across the organization.

- Utilizes this information to generate valued added business insight that allows the business to deliver against budgets and targets

- Owns the end 2 end financial TLC / TLR processes across the organization. Ensures that these are fit for purpose and drives continuous improvement in these processes over time.

- Work with Finance, HR, Legal and Tax departments to ensure accurate compliance with all tax laws on a monthly basis.

- Works with the business units to identify the KPIs to measure labor efficiency and effectiveness (both sales force as well as operational personnel) and drives activity to improve these key performance metrics over time.

- Conducts high level investigations for strategy formation, requiring strong strategic and analytical skills

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to Compensation and benefits policy, procedure and administration by regularly conducting audits and maintaining resources related to current regulations.

- Involved in budget ,and long term planning to deliver a step change.

- Works with the business units to ensure that all sales incentive, commission and bonus schemes (annual and long term) are fit for purpose and align individual reward to the achievement of overall company financial goals.

- Work with HR to research tactical and strategic issues and recommend changes to compensation and benefits programs/philosophy as appropriate to maintain competitive pay rates.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance with 8+ years of post qualification experience in an MNC environment. You should have exposure of interacting with stakeholders from different countries and cultural environments. You should be extremely hands-on in compensation designing, bench marking and payroll management for entities in India and other geographies also(preferably Europe).
