Sr Mgr - Delivery Assurance - eCommerce

Work Description/ Responsibilities:

- Work with operating leaders and teams to uncover and assess lean Six Sigma opportunities.

- Identify process improvement projects link with company focus.

- Provide leadership and direction to team empowered to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy for process improvement.

- Facilitate, train, and coach project team members in the use of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.

- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects.

- Propose process technology improvements and capital expenditures.

- Deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, producibility of designs and business processes to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality and cycle time reduction.

- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to drive standardization and simplification in a section of a wing-to-wing process.

- Communicate project progress to COE leaders, Business Leaders, and Master Black Belts.

- In conjunction with the Master Black Belts and other lean six sigma members, serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma simplification methodology in function team.

- Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices.

- Serve as a recognized expert for a process focus area.
