- Certified Lean Practitioner from a reputed firm

- Expert in Lean tools & Methodology. Having Six Sigma skillset is desirable

- Should have implemented at-least 8 to 10 Lean projects himself and mentored 5 projects

- Exposure to strategy and innovation tools like HOSHIN KANRI

- Strong Problem solving skills using analytical approach

- Prior Project Management experience & experience in Training staff on Lean & doing projects by self

- Implement Lean Philosophy
